Green screen on tv (MX Q Pro box)

I was looking on the sportsdevil app for the mayweather vs mcgregor. Clicked on a link, stepped out the room, came back to a frozen screen. Unplugged the box, android screen comes up, then a flickering green screen. Can someone please help me.

please post the Pictures and all u want to say about this Problem only here , i delete the "pictures" Thread you made , okay ,

not needed to make double Threads with same theme . 

Now your Problem , did you reconnect the HDMI Cable ??? tried other HDMI Ports ??? please try and report what happens ,

maybe you must flash the FW new . greetings / gefattern
