Just as the 't428" has : look at wifi performence link above.... horrible

you should look into the real transfer speed instead of just looking at the spec.,
X7 transfer things fastest amongst all these devices...

Is anyone with a fiber broadband getting speedtest.net results of over 35mbps down and 18mbps up?

I wanted to test it and tell you but I don't have your particular fibre connection...
Your own line should be the best comparison environment... it's not stupid at all... apple to apple... experiment... your existing box becomes a control sample in such experiment...

Buying something after you know you want it is not stupid.
Suggesting to someone they buy something just to test if one particular feature is working or not IS stupid. It is not helpful and just sounds like you are annoyed at a perfectly reasonable question.

Surely someone there has a fast broadband connection to test for me?
