troble with beelink gt1 ultimate android7

Good morning. I received two days ago, a beelink gt1 ultimate with android 7. I have a problem, since after being on, it gives an error of the application and this is closed. Then begins to make mistakes and restarts, until it is frozen. I have reset to factory settings, wipe dalvik and cache, and installed 70n4 firmware, but still do the same. I would solve or have to return the device, Thanks and regards

first we must know what WifiChip and DDR Chips your Box use to guide you to

the right Rom , there are different Models of your Box . Best you look self or post

a nearby Picture of your PCB .

If you use the Search you will find many Threads over the GT1 , helps to understand

Install link2sd on playstpre
Go to that file and clear cache and data
Turn off te device and Turn on again
