Latest firmware for H96 Pro+ 3gb/32gb and to figure out which model I have from photo DDR3 or DDR4

Hi,

I recently bought H96 PRO PLUS Amlogic S912. I can't see any mention of Alfawise, but maybe it is similar. As from photo can anybody tell me if it is DDR3 or DDR4?

Also, from the system information page it is running 7.1.2 with build number NHG47L.20170809 test-keys. Is this the latest build for this box? I have my kodi media server running on raspberry pi which would be used to serve media to this box. Both of them are connected through ethernet. I will also be using youtube, chrome and some other streaming apps when not using kodi. I don't intent to play any games. This box is solely for TV in my living room.

I have tvheadend server running on pi as well, so later will be installing tvheadend client on this box as well.

It has 4 working USB ports, 2 of which where hidden as others have reported.

I removed the wirelessupdate app, as it was a malware reported by others and running malwarebytes confirmed it.

Is this true? Can I use alfawise rom on this box?

I also got a box similar to yours - It's marked "H96 Pro+" and from what I read online, a lot of these "clone" boxes are made in the same factory. This is why they only have "STICKERS" for labels, and no real Brand name.

In fact, if you take the case OFF... you'll find 2 Hidden USB 2.0 ports that had never had their openings cut-out. Mine is a 3GB (RAM)+32GB (ROM). I suspect ALFAWISE is one from the same factory, but I can't prove it. Otherwise, these generic boxes are a damn good knock-off
