How to enable USB toucg screen on a MINIX Neo 7 device ?

Dear all,

I receive a test device from MINIX as NEO 7 and it build firmware on kitkat 4.4 version.
I need to connect it to a USB touch screen but actually touch screen is not working.

Does anyone know how to do ?

Note that I am not an android developper :-(

so you only want to connect it to a Touchscreen no TV , which Cable do u use for it ???

and strange why they sending you in 2017 a RK3188 for testing , this Chip is about 3 Years

old , 4.4 is already now not supported by all Games and Apps anymore .

Hi gefattern,

When connected to touch screen I am using HDMI for video signal and USB for touch input.
I have tested an other device as test I receive from the supplier which is a NEO x68i. Touch screen works through USB but there is an touch offset and in addition to that when I am running game from my customer which are touch enable the touch lags quite often and does not work all time.

The install version is :

Android 5.1.1
Kernel 3.10
Build rk3368

Any idea what could cause this touch lag situation ?

what do you mean with build RK3368 ??? RK3368 is a newer CPU , your Box has RK3188 i think .

If you want to play Touch Games on your Box you can use special RK Apps for that no need for

wire / RKRemoteControl App / use big G and YT for more Info . good luck / gefattern
