Newbie help? MK908 stuck on boot screen..

I received my mk908 yesterday and I played with it for about 10 minutes before I decided to flash a custom rom. I decided to flash the Finless 1.5 rom, I followed the direction to the "T". The only thing I forgot to do was to turn on debugging. I can still flash roms, My computer and the rom flash tools still see the mk908 but after wiping the nand and flashing the rom( which has worked perfect everytime with no errors) I cant get past the "google TV" logo. It loops a couple of times then stays stuck. If someone could please help me asap, That would be great. Thanks in advance.

This is dumb but I've had to wipe the nand twice from time to time.. seems it just doesn't take sometimes. Also you could try another rom to see if that snaps it out of it.

Ive tried flashing back to the stock rom but it does the samething but istead of getting stuck on the "google TV" screen it gets stuck on the "Tronsmart" screen. Does it have anything to do with me forgetting to put it in debugging mode?

nah debugging mode is for something else mostly. For flashing, you just have to power up the stick from the pc through the otg port while holding down the button in the hole.

Well then I did everything right. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have tried multiple roms. Every time I flash without a problem. So I dont know what is making it loop on the boot screen and eventually get stuck. I have been working on this for almost 4 hours straight and I am completely out of ideas.

Hardkernel ODROID C1 running android kitkat
Hardkernel ODROID XU3-L Running Linux/openelec (primary media server)

Honestly, it may be a bad unit... don't rule it out anyway.

I have exactly the same problem and power is not the issue here.

I powered up using a lab power supply that can supply 3+ solid Amps of current.
Current consumption while this thing is in the boot loop is well under 0.5A peak.

I found another member, beenii, reported the exact same problem here.
There are few different board types of MK908 out there and mine looks just like the one in beenii's pictures.

Did we get clones that are not compatible?
Or is it just a bad batch??
What debugging technique or tool could we try?
