FNF X2 bricked

Hi friends, I need you help.

Today I received my new FNF x2 tablet, and when I went to upgrade, I did a mistake and push volume- and power, the tablet show a fast letters, i thing that it was a recovery mode, but very fast go away and it already doesn't boot. When power on, it freeze in 5FNF boot screen.

I tried to enter to flash mode (vol+ and connect usb), and I can enter and load the new rom, but no success, still in white screen win blue letters 5FNF.

I also tried to load original rom, but I didn't have lucky.

Please, someone know the way to solve this problem? Or I will need contact with the seller… I sure that they say that I need return the tablet to china.

If you can connect with RKBatchTool, can you do a factory reset, or wipe user data?

Have you tried installing from an SD card ?

If you cannot recover it with RKBatchTool or from SD card, you may be able to install CWM for RK3188, and then use that to fix whatever is wrong.

Note: to use the "generic" recovery, the recovery kernel has to be there and working. If it is not, you will need to extract/get the factory recovery kernel. Perhaps someone on this forum will help.

I already tried to install CWM for RK3188, I can flash, but the problem is that after that I cannot enter to CWM.
I tried all combinations possible with the buttons, but the main screen still freeze on brand letters.

I very worried and a disappointed, I read that rock chip is impossible to break, and I break it without flash anything!! Only pushing the wrong keys combination.
