I can't seem to find kot49h 20160224 firmware?

Maybe you guys can recommend a good firmware that is up-to-date.

have you checked? If the motherboards are the same? On all of these unit's
kot49h is amlogic s805 chip if i remember correctly... But you should check what you bought and what wifi chipset(s) your device(s) have...
or post some pictures of the pcb/motherboard(s)
