Which is main forum for Beelink?

Hi,

Is Freaktab now the main forum for Beelink or should I post on Beelinks own forum ( http://www.bee-link.com/forum.php ) for support advice?

For several days I cannot register on Beelink forum and the email service link bounces back from that web site?

So is Freaktab only way to access Beelink support?

Appreciate any advice?

Why not try both?
what issue do you have?
did you use search? maybe its a known issue? Maybe bee-link or freaktab already has a solution posted

If i go to bee-link forum click-on new members there are lots of new members
So, i don't think there is a problem there

Thanks for your reply. I have issue where I cannot connect a Bluetooth mouse to my Beelink GT1 Ultimate since updating it to Android Nougat.

I have already posted the issue on freaktab (thanks for allowing me this guys) but unfortunately no-one has answered and I understand that, so I wanted to contact Beelink direct.
In the past they would email me back promptly for another device I had but now their email support and forum do not allow new issues to be raised at all. I cannot register to logon to their forum and the emails do not get received at Beelink but bounce back to my account as not received.

Ah well, I will try the Beelink site again in a months time, maybe they are having problems.

I know that they (Beelink) are on their way to changeing forum board software. It is a tricky piece of software that they are currently running and it is hard on it's current and potential users. I emailed them a few days ago and got a respons after roughly 24h so that one worked for me at least.
