Hi could anyone point me in right direction I have a c918 android box stuck on red light

Hi,
first try another poweradaptor..
if that's not the problem.. try using the reset button like..so:
unplug powercord...hold reset...wait 5 sec..plugin power...keep holding reset for another 10sec before releasing
you should see:android recovery...try emty cache first...if still no boot : factory reset ( will delete all data)

opening the tvbox..and comparing your motherboard with the many pictures
hopefully there is a firmware for your box
