H96 PRO PLUS Amlogic S912 - not working

I received a new H96 PRO PLUS Amlogic S912 Octa Core 3GB RAM 32GB ROM TV Box 3 weeks ago and it has stopped working. There is no blue light on the front - perhaps it is very faint. When I plug it in , the light comes on for a fraction of a second and then disappears. There is no picture on the TV.

Can anyone advise any troubleshooting or is it a case of contacting the retailer, Banggood?

Try a new power supply,and if that isnt the problem reflash to on of supercelerons roms.

I tried another one and it was the same. Unfortunately, I don't know how to flash so I'd be afraid to mess it up and void the warranty.

New user = forum admins taking many hours (10+) to post my response...

I had seen a flicker of blue light but now there is nothing. I think flashing is beyond me at this point. I have no idea what your suggestion means, unfortunately. I tried googling and am none the wiser.

Try a 5volt 3.000mA power supply and i think you will be ok.The power supply itself sucks.

Hello beamsley i have the same problem.
my box doesn't turn on. I have the blue light a fraction of second.
i plug and unplug a lot of times and the blue light stay and the box restart normaly.

Try this and tell me if your problem is resolve
