Tanix TX8 max Wi Fi problem

I need help with this tv box,I flash from stock 6.0 to 7.1.2 0815 rom,I found on this forum, this is beta rom or noth,my haw google play, buth 7.1 beta noth.I notic that wi fi is wery low speed, buth on wi fi meter signal is 70-80% streight, some strange I fond, when I turn off I notice on my phone, on wi fi setings, that my Tv box emmited wi fi hot spot or some like that ,direct wi fi,how turn off this hot spot.? Same things wen is powered on.Can someone help with this problem.The chip is ap6255

Ps.Wich rom from superceleron works with my box,I will try flash it and see how works.
