H96 Pro+ q201_9377-userdebug 7.1.2 NHG47L 20170830 test-keys Help please

Hello friends, i bought a alfawise 3/32 h96 pro plus on gearbest. After two days, lots of force closed, everytime, must have to restart the box each time. I would to reflash, used micro burning method, nothing, usb cable nothing, i bought male to male for the occasion. The must i have its a installation who crash at 98% with verify partition error. I tried all the method. When i plug ib power cable, no light just optical connecting is luminar. Do youy thing that the box dead ? I tried every roms official and custom of this forum. My initial rom was q201_9377-userdebug 7.1.2 NHG47L 20170830 test-keys, but i never discorved it on download. Is the real problem ? It is possible my h96 pro plus is not a official alphawise ? Is everybody can help me ?

Thks i try but a problem with the image. I made a request at gearbest for say that my box never receive thinking its dead. Now i cant request gearbest for à fw link. Do you think somebody can ask gearbest for me if i post a photo of my intern box ?

Hello Thks a lot, i rename folder without chineese characters. It burned at 100%. I dont known if i can flash another rom because i have always problems with appli Who force closed.
