Alfawise crash

Hello guys,
My box crashed while watching, black screen. Tried to unplug & plug the charger, nothing happened just a small led inside. I read on the internet that it needs a smaller charger, so i bought one 1A. Now it turns on but keeps crashing when i open an app. Did factory reset, no help.
Can someone please advise what can i try in order to bring my box back in normal behaviour?

Hi bro, same here. I tried even to flash the stock rom after sooo many tries but nothing changed. I contacted the gearbest support hoping they will refund me (even if I now it won't happen but at least I try)
