Nexbox a95x boot loop

Hello everyone,I have a nexbox a95x tv box and it keeps rebboting back to the logo screen... I did a wipe data/factory reset same thing.. I installed the firmware using both the usb burn tool and the SD card and and everything went with out a problem,But still the same thing.. It would boot to the nexbox logo stop go black for about 5 seconds then back to the nexbox logo.. Any one had this problem before.. if so can some one help me with it

I just notice when i do a wipe/reset i notice something saying cannot load volume /misc!

i think i got the problem solved.. I tried a different power cable an it booted up.. So i am guessing if the power cable not putting out what it suppose to put out it wont go pass the boot logo screen
