Can we install Windows xp/8 on RK3188 devices?

Sorry for this stupid query but a thought process.. Would it be possible to install winxp or win8 on Rk3188 devices?

IF yes, how and if not why not? Request your expert views please...

but you can use "onlive desktop" if you want windows on tv stick/box.

Nope becase we have ARM chips on miniPC. Windows works only on x86 CPU (intel or AMD)

however... there are emulaters.. not really usefull things.. (google: install windows xp on android)
