T95Z Plus no sound

Hey guys, nice to meet you all. I need some help here with my T95Z plus tvbox which for no apparent reason gone mute regardless the app i am using. I tried playing with settings, changed HDMI cable and settings, changed to android 6 from 7 and back again but nothing seems to work. Any ideas or experiences before i send it back?

I just found out that using the AV jack i get sound so i guess that means that one of the hdmi ports is broken.

Hmm.. I was about to suggest setting the TV off "mute"
or check bt audio pairing or clean the av port or clean hdmi port

But your HDMI is broken?? you get picture..but no sound?
hdmi port of the tv box or your TV?? ... Really wierd..

In addition.
--Set your tv box volume(Settings->more settings-->Sound&notification->Media volume)
--Rset your tv box(Setting-->more settings-->Backup&reset)
--Replace AV cable, if no sound, The firmware may error.
