Does it still have the problem that the wallpaper and launcher (except MS launcher & some few others) cannot be changed?

wallpaper service = still not working

new problem cec doesnt work (its bootloader related as cec is also broken on libreelec)

so dont replace your bootloader

cec is fine it had just crashed on my tv..
had to unplug my tv and plug it back in
