Can't start my Cube T9 anymore (error during flash)

Hi,
Seems I have the same issue than LucaF:


I've downloaded the stock Rom 1.08 Full (without Chinese app)


Then with SPFT (v 5.1516.00), I flahed it.
Based on previous message I may be wrongly selected Firmware Upgrade (but not sure)

After the flash SPFT showed the pop up saying that it was done. Butnow I can't start my T9 anymore. I can press all buttons start/stop vol +/- nothing happen.

Any support is welcome.

I did some other unsuccessful trials.
In particular, I added in Rom 8 (without Chinese app) the file "MT6752_Android_scatter_6GB.txt". Then I tried to flash with "Format All + Download" :


But after 20 [s], always have the same error message :

And the other bad news is that I also tested:

I don't see the battery image when I charge it. I pressed power button more than 10s, but it doesn't change.

can you reach the Recovery ??? ( Power + Vol- ) , i always flash my T7 in "Download only" Mode ,

if not all Drivers are installed , a Flash does not work , i think ??? ,

please try to install this missing Drivers and try again , please

report what happens .

There are 2 series of T9 Cube Tablets that differ for the preloader. Your case seems to be related to this problem

Try this by replacing it with the one contained in the stock rom 1.0.8 (or 1.0.7)

Below the details of what I did and the outcome.

1) I downloaded
i) Stock Rom 1.08 Full (Senza App Cinesi) – Non ufficiale ma una mia release (.../#!RpRhRB6J!a6zlFQu5LQwfyMLkIQzRlycX-jURRqaMNkfkEwWFe4o).

ii) Nuovi files Scatter per /System 1,5Gb /Cahe 512Mb /Data 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 Gb (.../#!BhwxSR6D!EVSNog7r0NJUi7Fyv30WaAAaaRYvgSTHG7J_l4v Q18Y)

iii) The preloader you reffered to (.../#!okhxGDAQ!Qb8QTjhNK...yJy8-OZ89991Xo)

iv) SP Flash Tool 5.1516.00 (.../#!gg5UjSwJ!OVh3aU_ik4PnAmMKtBG4Zm63Ci103T6vxx_LvZd snhQ)

2) I unzipped the 3 files

3) In T9_V1.08_20150326_NoChinaApp folder I added the file "MT6752_Android_scatter_15-512_6GB.txt" and replaced the file "preloader_htt8752_tb_kk.bin"

4) I launched "flash_tool.exe" as admin

5) In "Scatter-Loading", in the folder "T9_V1.08_20150326_NoChinaApp" I loaded "MT6752_Android_scatter_15-512_6GB.txt"

6i) I selected "Format All + Download"

click "Download" and then connected my tablet
After ~1mn, the flash was completed:

I then closed FPST and disconnected my tablet, but impossible to start

6ii) Same, but with "Firmware upgrade"
outcome:

But still impossible to start the tablet

Is very strange but the process of installing the rom lasts too little. The tablet should be turned off when connected to the PC
SPFT use only Firmware Upgrade (Formatting deletes the imei of the tablet). At the end, you must unplug the tablet and restart it in recovery mode.
n recovery mode, perform a wipe with factory reset and restart tablet.

Hi ,

did you try to install the Drivers again ??? , maybe it helps to resolder the Battery new ,

disconnect and connect again , wrote it a long Time ago somewhere , not sure if it works .

I'm not convinced that my tablet is off, because when I charge it, I don't see the battery image.

if your tablet is not turned off you can not see the installed drivers.
If your tablet is not turned off you can not enter in recovery.
Make sure your tablet is off, press the power button for 10 seconds.

Hi,

I tested the 10 [s] (and even much more) press power button without success.

I also tested the flash on another computer with Windows 10.
I have been able to perform the flash (T9_V1.08_20150326_NoChinaApp + new uploader file + "MT6752_Android_scatter_15-512_6GB.txt") without installing any USB drivers.
But still the same: I can't start the tablet
