Just streamed a 720p MKV TV Show from my XBMC using BubbleUPNP to my MK908 and it played for maybe 30 minutes with no problems. I then started the next episode but was kicked off the TV by my wife! I'd say that for TV Shows (40mins~) that the MK908 is able to cope. Anything longer and it goes to shit.

I haven't properly tested using MX Player direct from the MK908 - I stream via BubbleUPNP because it's so much easier selecting videos from my phone rather than using my phone as a mouse for the MK908 and navigating to the video and running it that way. Hope that makes sense.

Right, so I did some more testing.
I played a 1080P movie and it was playing back fine with no jumpiness. I think the issues started because the wifi couldn't keep up with the buffer. As I have said before I am streaming this via my XBMC UPNP Shares. So the process is like this MK908 (wifi) > Router > XBMC (lan) > Router > Server (lan) > Router > MK908 (wifi). It *could* be there are a lot of hops but over LAN it should be ok. I shall try and run direct from the server (so the process would be MK908 (wifi) > Router > Server (lan) > Router > MK908 (wifi)
I was able to fairly comfortably run a 720P movie without any issues. If there are any issues I think it's coming from BubbleUPNP. It's just so much easier to find a movie / TV show from my phone and initiate the stream that way rather than navigate directly (via SMB shares) on the MK908 with my phone using DroidMote.

This is my first post
Reporting Universal Rom
My stick is a V3 and it came with a 1.5A adapter. Running from it with no problems
Wifi works great, video is great, played emlators and Hd games like a champ usaing a PS3 controller via bluetooth.
Already modified the heatsink but also worked great without Mod.
And the most incredible, I've been hitting 13000+ on Antutu. (last test showed 12800+ after heatsink mod).
This is the first rom I test, I will try is this stick can support V1 roms as other user has reported.
Hoabycsr, thanks a lot for your roms, also wanna thank the rest for the kernels and fixes.
I will try to scan my stick so you can analyze the ICs to see is there is any difference between v3 boards.
Regards
Valde
