    H96 pro+ : No sound 5.1

    Hello,
I have the alphawise H96 pro + since one week, but i have a big problem. When i play movies with 5.1, i have no sound. Others movies are ok.
The box is connected with tv in direct by hdmi.
    The rom is wisdom2 q201_9377-userdebug 7.1.2 NHG47L 20171020
Do you have an idea ?
    Thanks

    Christophe

    Hi ,

this is not really a Problem , what App did you use , not all Apps and Systems support it ,

did you try KODI or SPMC Mediacenter ??? , maybe you must flash one of the Roms for

your Box , from here . Example :

    http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-...7-wifi-chipset

please ask there if you need more .

Info : these Box has a better Stability with a better Powersupply , not a 5V/2000mah

many using a 5V/3000mah or higher Powersupply .

    good luck / gefattern

Hi, I had the same problem, the only player that worked was the Bsplayer that I downloaded directly from Google play. The only problem is that it does not support 4k video.
I wanted to use mx player but could not use ac3 5.1 sound on it myself by installing the required codecs.
I watch movies from my computer using the network service.

Kodi with software audio rendering also "solves" the problem.
