Need help to make the Scishion v88 ir remote work on Ugoos UT6 rom installed on scishion V88

Hi,

I have a scishion v88 box in which I installed an Ugoos ut6 rom as this one work nicely. I have patch the wifi and installed TWRP.

I need to patch the ir remote to work in this rom as the ugoos ut6 doesn't have ir remote.

Could you please help me do that.

I have already try to copy a remote.conf on the system/etc or on etc but it doesn't work. I think beacause of missing ir module on the rom.

Buy an airmouse and throw your ir remote away.

Hi,

I found the solution on the pda russian site. They have a patch ugoss UT6 image wich has the remote working for the scishion V88. You have just to patch the wifi as state here: http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-...h-working-wifi

thanks. Downloaded and tried to flash it to my V88 but it keeps giving me "check chip failed" any ideas?

update-firgured it out but its giving me a greenscreen and it does nothing. Can you tell what step you did to make this work? i really want to try this.

on the tool uncheck 1, 3, 10 and 11 as state in this picture and make sure you put all the files on Image folder and on the tool you have Image\filename
example: Image\parameter.txt

Exactly what I did and it flashed ok but when i hooked it up its just giving me a green screen and nothing happen after that. Im not really sure what im missing here.
