Beelink GT1 Ultimate - heavy distortion line fill up the beelink logo

Last week, I received my Beelink GT1 Ultimate purchased during black friday sales, It feel good until the third days I start the tv box, the beelink logo slowly fill up with distortion line across the tv. and app starting not responding occationally.
May I know what is the problem with this new tv box that I received or anyone experience it before. The tv box come with latest beelink logo with serial no S/N AX12GSBF40143.
I check with the seller, they claim the tv box is defected and unable to repair and offer me USD20 refund to my wallet.
Is there any rom that I can use to cure this problem?

but be patient , please read first , you must be sure to have the right Specs .

Thank you for your reply, I try on a few HDMI cable and try it also on my pc monitor as well, the outcome still the same.
I am wondering is it a hardware problems or software issues. The tv box tend to not responding on and off, and certain page button not responding at all. When I run the Antutu benchmark it run in pulse motions.

As I had not open the tv box, I can't determines what is the spec inside the tv box, is it able to determine from the serial no on the tv box? I attached a copy below.

Normally, what will happen to the tv box if I installed a wrong rom to the tv box? would it damaged the hardwares?

I had the same problem and after trying several things, the problem disappeared when uninstalling the KODI application.
