S805 tv box stuck on booting logo

Hello guys.
I have an android box Amlogic S805. The system is stuck on booting, when i turn on the box i get only booting logo and nothing happens after that. I have tried hard rest by pressing the back bottom but nothing happened also. I have tried to connect the device to windows PC by using USB Burning Tools application but my PC doesn't detect the android device. Any one can help please?
