AV output cable

Hi All

Has anyone used the provided AV output cable with their K-R42?

I tried plugging the red and white cables into my AV receiver, but getting a buzzing noise. I think it's because the cable won't plug in all the way, but I feel like it might break if I try and force it.

Has anyone used the supplied cable successfully? Does it go all the way in?

Thanks for the info. I'm trying out Lewy's custom firmware at the moment which doesn't seem to have analog audio or video so can't test anymore.

My cable is going all the way in too.
If you're using a PAL AV receiver you'll have to change the Android display settings from NTSC to PAL. Did you try that? Im always getting buzzing noise when installing new firmware until i change the TV format to PAL.

I am getting a similar output. I am using the 1.2 final build and when I hook up to the av cable I just get a lot of static on my TV. HDMI looks great. Is AV still supported in this build or the more current ones?
