H96+ Pro Plus Original Rom Was Not Found (ZH-01-S912-TVBOX-V.3.0)

I asked the H96+ Pro Plus TV box to do a supersu update. I confirmed the review. The TV box was turned off and turned on again. Make your life stuck in the colorful logos. I installed a lot of software but it did not work stable. I communicated with Hcygood manufacturer. Unfortunately, they did not help to reach the original stock rom of the device.

Hmm. I would advice You to try restore my TWRP backup. I have S32-V6 Box, but it worked wit Wisdom one, which is totally different. So way it shouldn't work with Yours?

Other than that I don;t think there is firmware for this version of the H96 Pro+.

I downloaded the TWRP backup. Get out of the zip file. I copied to Micro sd card. I pressed the reset button of the TV box with the needle and gave power. The H96 Pro + logos arrived and then the recovery mode of the TV box was turned on. How do I install a TWRP file? Is the TWRP file suitable for the device?

Copy TWRP folder to Your devices memory or to SDcard, than check if something is available under Restore button. If yes, than restore it, if not than go to Backup, start backing up anything and cancel it. Go back to memory/sdcard and copy folder from TWRP/BACKUPS/q20x/ to TWRP/BACKUPS.<Your_folder_name>/.

As for matching Your device I can say that I don;t thnik so. It's backup of stock 7.1.2 with may build date from my S32-V6 H96 Pro Plus. However at the beggining (nobody with V6 wrote on the forum) I thought that I have Wisdom Box and someone else with already bricked Box used my backup on his Wisdom H96 and it worked again.
I think that firmware, nor kernel, are not the biggest problem here. Just the bootloader. And if Your is fine, than restoring working backup may help.

Thank you for your support first. The TV box is not brick. Different firmware versions can be installed on the device with burning tools. But these firmware do not work. The manufacturer has produced many H96 + plus boards. The hardware is changing. For this reason the TV box is not working stable. After the manufacturer company sells the device, the stock rum needs to give the original software to the customer. I sent the device board photos to the customer representative from hcygood website. To provide the original software on the date the TV box was produced. Sorry, I did not receive a positive feedback.

I tried to install the Superceleron firmware. I tried it with the burning tools installer. I tried with a card reader program. I printed the files on the card. After the installation starts, the screen is green until the installation is complete. Superceleron does not accept firmware in the tv box. I have tried all versions of the Superceleron, maybe it accepts the TV box, maybe not.

I bought the box 1.5 months ago. Photos contain information on the date of production of the pcb. I do not think it's an old box. Thank you. Best regards

                      Hello ch3mn3y
After the update of the SuperSu program, the TV box was left bootloop. I tried installing many software with the USB box burning tool. Some of the software on the link that Shonk gave in the forum was uploaded to the tv box. But the device is not working well. After a while the device is turning back on the opening logos. Even if TWRP is installed on the device, the original 7.1.1 firmware that came on the device will not come back. Because other firmware was loaded in the memory. Why does not the manufacturer support the products it produces after the sale? That's the whole point. Producer solves the problem of granting the software on the date the firm created the tv box. The device is already rooted. Updating is not my mistake. I made a lot of correspondence with Hcygood. They said they would send the software for the device. Then they do not even answer me e-mail. Customer satisfaction is not important? I also searched on the internet, in the forums. There are consumers who have TV box 'ZH-01-S912-TVBOX-V 3.0' version. The manufacturer should solve these problems. It's that simple.
                      Best regards...

I believe that manufacturer (Alfawise) is supporting all versions of the Box. However images are not available for everybody. Sellers should have access to them, but tehy already sold the item, so why should they do something more? Some of them try to help, true, but some of them don't.

Maybe try to contact Alfawise for image? If the seller is not responding, than higher instance may help?

                          Hello @ ch3mn3y
I think there was a misunderstanding. I bring clarity to the subject. Thank you for the opportunity, my friend. The tv box I bought is not Alfawise. Alfawise gives its customers all kinds of support. There is no doubt about it. I direct my criticism to the Hcygood representatives of the manufacturer. In our daily life we are all shopping. Before shopping, we investigate, we take the positive opinions about the product and decide to buy the product. Tv boxes are also good. The problem is the customer representatives employed by the manufacturer. If you are a manufacturer, a customer has bought the product you are producing and you have a problem, you are obliged to solve the problem of the customer. As a result, the vendor could not find a solution and reached the manufacturer. I emailed the Hcygood sales manager with photos of the green board for the TV box. He directed a specialist to solve Konuyu. We communicated with Expert and Whatsapp. He said that he would send original software belonging to the box. The promise he gave the next day did not hold. The solution is a very simple software issue.
                          Greetings

Getting working twrp even on supported devices an issue as some break firmware. You can bitch write and copy the whole world on your firmware issue. I' suggest identifyng the Wi-Fi and seeing other firmware already out that will work on the device. From quick look SC firmware should work on it and provide you with more fixes then found in a stock knock off device. Some set backs may be remote doesn' work ect. But simple mouse can solve those issues. Or wait till a knock off device maker makes release of software they most likey copied from another.
Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

Let's just wait a little more. It would be better if there was a solution. If the problem is not resolved, the TV box becomes garbage. Hcygood sales manager Joyce Lin gesture can surprise me. Maybe a new TV box is a gift? Why not? Greetings.
