Do I need to Overclock Neo X7 GPU to watch 1080p When update Finless 1.4 Rom ?

Hi Finless and guys , I have read the topic from this link about XBMC :

And found out that the GPU on Neo X7 is the same as the GPU on UG007II (Mali 400 quad core) at 266mhz . This is their review on UG007II (Mali 400 quad core) at 266mhz when playing a 1080p videos:
    "
1080p kernel, stock speed (GPU at 266mhz)
Video with a resolution up to 1920x688 (not a standard movie resolution) can be played. 1920x800 unfortunately has way too much dropped frames.

1080p kernel, overclocked (GPU at 466mhz)
Video with a resolution up to 1920x1080 can be played "

===> So my question base on above reiew : Do i need to OC my X7 to watch 1080p files (while X7 GPU = UG007II GPU) ?

    Thank guys

Is there an over clocked kernel that fully runs on the X7?

Is the overclocked X7 kernel close to being available? Im hoping overclock makes 1080p playback as smooth as in 720p rom.

                Thanks

Normally there is no need for overclocking. On my good old Linux satreceiver DM 500HD with 400mhz and 256 mb RAM every 1080p content is played absolutely smooth from my Qnap NAS server. There is a lot of finetuning in Minix X7 kernel to do. Hopefully finless and all the other guys will do this. Thanx for their efforts. I gave some donations.
