Firmware updating error.

Has anyone ran into this error while trying to update firmware?

[0x10103005]Romcode/Initialize DDR/Download buffer/Read item data failed

I have the correct firmware but cannot get past this error while trying to update via the latest USB burning tool.

The box is a Dolamee D9 s912 with 3gb Ram and 16gb ROM.

Hello,

Mostly the Problem is either not enough Power from the USB Port while Flashing.
Or second, the Rom did not match the Box.
So try to Connect you Box for Burning and after connecting the USB Connector Plug in the Power Connector also.

I still cannot get it to work. I wonder if it's a hardware issue? It's connects right away and the red light comes on but the blue light never lights.

Take an look if you can find an reset button on the Box.
Press it and connect the USB Cable.

Well this is odd:

I left the box plugged in all night and tried it this morning. I updated the burn tool to v2.0.9 pressed the reset button and now I get this error:

[0x00000fff]Get key failed

Got past the [0x00000fff]Get key failed issue by copying over the license files. I also followed your instructions above but get the same issue. Is there any universal ROM's that will work with this box? I figure I will give it another try before it hits the bin
