Checking PCB and finding out right informations

Hey guys,

I just got today my Alfawise H96+ Pro and wanted to flash the right image. I have a blue PCB but it is not clear that kind of DDR3 Ram my device has. How can I open it without damaging the shell?
Is the blue PCB always LPDDR3 or can it also be with normal DDR3?

As far as I know there are only two Blue board variants of H98 Pro+ - S32-V5 and S32-V6. Both are compatible with superceleron's Roms.
However as there are more and more different version of boards I would advice You to open it and check real name on the PCB.

Same as mine
You can safely use superceleron's Roms.
However if You let the Box to sleep for too long, after waking it, internet (at least Ethernet connection, didn't check WiFI) won;t work.

I successfully installed SCV7A and maybe discovered some bugs.
The UI and user experience is far better than the stock rom.
I changed keyboard language to german from english. But after restarting or starting the device again the keyboard layout is again english, even german is configured.
Also as I promitted Youtube the right to use speech, I could not use the search box with the keyboard I use and it immediately crashed.
I read in v6 bug it is presented but seems still be a bug in v7.
Also running videos with the youtube app of the play store had some frame issues while zooming in and out.
I tried Netflix and Amazon Prime but I was not really satisfied with the image quality, it was a little blurry.
I am gonna try soon again with some 4k material. I am not sure if the material of Netflix or Prime was streamed in hd ready.

why do u not use the App "Deutsche Tastatur" APK from PlayStore , if you have "root" u can

convert it to "System App" and delete the Stock one . I have this done on both of my RK Boxes ,

Do you have also experience in placing the widgets as favorites or big buttons on the main page?
I tried to place Amazon Prime Video as favorite but it crashed the launcher.
Using the widget button on the bottom places them only as small widgets at the bottom.

sorry but with your Widgets problem i cant help , but that has to do with the Launcher self ,

changes inside the launcher are needed to make this work . Somewhere here a User made

a own Version of the H96pro+ Stocklauncher , i think , you can try this Launcher too :

Hello i have buy an alfawise h96 pro plus s32-v6 from gearbest and i have a big issue.
when i unplugged the dc connection and connect him, i can't turn on the box.
i have to do a flash with the sd card for the restart.
Tested with the original rom stock and the sv7a android tv of superceleron.
someone can help me ? Please
