But beelink GS1 review says L3

BTW - HD Netflix (720/1080p) also requires HDCP 1.x keys - without that it's 480p Max. - Netflix only.

Getting only 960x540 resolutions

Depends maybe on what stream quality your $$ for it varies from SD to 4k. ?
and can vary pending on Netspeed at the time pending if its slow/congestion etc I have found

Another thing is some firmwares have the stock libdrmcrypt.so, which Netflix does not like. Many stock firmwares also need some tweaks with the build.prop to correct some issues.
