First time buyer questions?

Hello, everyone. I am about to buy my very first tablet and I have narrowed it down to either the Pipo M9 Pro or M8 Pro. I am having trouble deciding which one I would be happy with. From my understanding these two tablets are the same except for the better screen and GPS on the M9 Pro. I will be using the tablet for watching movies and internet browsing mostly. I was hoping the owners of these two tablets could answer some of my questions below to help me make a choice.

1. Are you happy with the Wifi signal strength in your M9 Pro / M8 Pro? Does one have better Wifi?

2. Do you have any problems with the video playback?

3. Do these tablets support Miracast and can I stream movies to my TV?

4. Does the GPS of M9 pro work well?

5. Are you happy with your tablet overall?

The main difference between the two is screen size format and screen resolution.

The M9 Pro has a much higher screen resolution. 1920x1200 vs 1280x800

The M6 has a 9.7" screen with 2048x1536, and proves to be a very good tablet also.

The M7 has an 8.9" screen with 1920x1200...but I haven't heard much, other than my ROM seems to work, OK...but no performance feedback.

I have custom ROM's for all four.

I personally own the M8 Pro, and I prefer the 9.4" size to the 10.1" format. I own several 10.1" tablets, and wanted something different. While the M8 Pro has shown some weaknesses (I had to send the first one I had back for a replacement due to battery issues), I'm very happy with the performance and wifi range of the M8 Pro...it's a keeper.

While I haven't experienced the M9 Pro, the users of my custom ROM's for that device have some positive comments. Take a look at the threads for those devices and do a little research on what the users are saying about each.

Some have said that the higher screen resolution causes more battery consumption...I haven't heard whether there is a dramatic visual improvement compared to the lower res models, but most people don't have both of them side by side to compare, either.

If I didn't already have the M8 Pro...if I was going to buy a Pipo, I would consider what size tablet I wanted, because they are all very good devices. 9.4" is perfect, but the M7 with 8.9" would be cool.

pipo m6 3g phone call USA

I was ready to order this pipo m6 3g.I need the phone call feature.I am a ATT customer USA,gsm network.Can i just insert my sim card in the m6 and have phone service.Lots of confusion about this.

Hello,
I have the Pipo m9pro 3g. I like its 16:10 format. Its a smal 10.1 zoll tablet because the 16:10 format.
The 3g function works always as a data connection not useable as a telefon to call a person.
I like the sharp screen and the performance.
The wifi is ok. I can take the tablet in my garden and can surf.
The gps is not the best but ok too.
Until now it plays all my movies.
Im happy for 95%. When I know howto I will test riley rom
