Pipo M9 Can i turn off display whilst watching movie on tv

I've been taking my tab on holiday and using it to watch Films via the HDMI out, but i can't find a way to shut off the Tab's screen and just watch the film on the TV, this would be far less distracting and would surely save battery life.
Is it possible? I've had a look in both display and hdmi settings, but nothing obvious in there.

If not, is there a software solution?

Screen Standby App , go into settings HDMI (auto turn off when detect hdmi) sorted
