Help Please

Please does anyone know what firmware I need for my T95R PRO
I have tried a lot of different firmware but can not find one that works most get stuck at 7% with the usb burning tool!
I have attached a couple pics of my board.

well either my eyes are bad or those pics are way too dark and unclear. youi dont know how much ram ? do you have the box it came in? do it say on that ? where did you buy it? check your receipt for description ? canty get proper rom without ram amount and possibly wifi chip that we could see in your pics if clearer.

Sorry for my bad photo's, the box is no help really. Got it from a friend who had messed it up trying to update firmware lol,
The wifi chip is a LTM8830 It appears to have 4 ram chips with 256x16ddr3 on them!
There are 2 stickers on the board one say the following
KM201701120067
T95RPRO2+16
JHC20170118
The other reads
T95RPRO-912
8830=V31

well now we know you have
2gb ram 16gb rom
8830 wifi chip

if your using usb burning tool, try all usb bc not all communicate
also try a newer or older burning tool

your saying usb and sdcard work?

Yes can communicate with both, usb burning tool gets error at 7% and the sd card method starts but does not update I think i'm using the wrong firmware still?

Ok you have T95r pro
s912
wifi 8830
2gb ram 16gb rom

Now I'm not sure and maybe someone else can chime in who does know for sure?!
maybe its possible to use a rom from a device with those specs?!
Ive searched all over and cant find one with your configuration that is for T95R pro but there is loads around here even tweaked ones that are similar specs
but again I don't know if you can use those.

Yes tried that one would not load onto box, usb burning error at 7% and sd card methon stationarg green android man doing nothing!
I have tried some other s912 firmware with no luck so far.

i just was told this
A firend told me he went through this b4 so im just passing it along.
make sure when installing burning tool the license goes to proper place as per burningtool instructions.
he said 1st always try burning tool that comes with firmware, dont keep using same burning tool ( a slight pain uninstalling and installing and placing the license folder in proper place )and different firmwares that didnt come with it.
if no success try newest burning tool and work your way back if you have a firmware you are confident will work.
lastly he said on 1 or 2 occasions, after starting burntool and plugging in usb, once it starts also plug in the boxes power cord.

Thank you kodiliscious, am still struggling with this finding the correct firmware is the key I think.
Also not sure if the bootloader has been deleted! Any more idea's would be great!

did you try the two FW from Wechipsite : T95R Pro 6.0 and T95R Pro 2G 7.1 (last row) ???
