Hi to everyone. Im new and need help.

I change it to another tv and it quit working, go just to boot menu and complain "failed to mount /mnt/external_sd no such device".
I guess i have to reset box somehow to original settings or update firmware?
This is what i have done:
1) use rockchip create upgrade disk tool v1.4 and make sdcard with firmware "rk3229_6.0_box_MX4VR_SSV6051p_SpecTek_flash_tongw _V88_RKMC-update_20171208"
2) put sdcard in box, plug power cord on->box wont open (no blue light)
3) remove sdcard and box will open
4) box goes to similar menu like this http://freaktab.com/filedata/fetch?i...3&d=1496418137
5) i choose "apply update from sdcard" but it wont find any file, just "System volume information" folder and when i click it theres nothing.
What to do?
