Custom ROM development (browser after boot)

Hi,

First off all, i don't know if it is allowed to ask for this, if not please delete my thread.

I'm am looking for somebody than can make a custom android ROM for me.
Is should be a leightweigth rom that opens a browser with should load a specific URL after boot in fullscreen (full HD) and run on the Mini Neo X7 (mini).
No other apps needed, browser should be able to run HTML5 + CSS3.
The URL to be opened should be configurable, this could be by changing a config file or something like that.

I don't know if it is even posible to create such ROM.

Can even be done without a custom rom. Install autostart app and have it open Dolphin browser. For more info Stuur me even een PM
