Shift key on usb PC keyboard not working

Greetings.

Cannot get Shift key on the PC keyboard to work when plugged into the USB port. Tried different keyboard layouts to no avail.

Any help greatly appreciated.

try the k/b with something else to make sure shift key itself is not faulty ?
shift key works here on everything unless its your particular box or k/b combo no wanna play
