How do we go about flashing a Rom?

Hi every one, first post here, can you help please?

I just got my MK808b (genuine) and opened it to check if it was original or a clone.
It matches the pictures of the original, so I am pretty sure its genuine.

I am downloading the file for Finless 1.7 c now.

Does the file contain instructions on how to flash the Rom?
I have never flashed a rom before, and this is my first rooted device.

Is there a guide that explains the steps necessary to flash a rom on this device?

The Finless ROMs have always an installation description in the ROM-download package.

If you are not shure, because of the first time you flash a ROM, ask in thread with the ROM for your device.

Someone will help you.
