How to enable cheap USB sound card with Airtight without using TV ?

Is there a way to enable "sound out" to a cheap USB sound card like this one ?

I have that exact same USB sound card myself basically because it was the cheapest way to get microphone support for Skype.

The Finless ROM, at least, should support it. You just change the audio output from "ROCKCHIP HDMI" to "Generic USB Audio Device" in the sound settings and you're good to go.
