    gt1 ultimate ota upgrade

    box has auto updated with the latest ota update from beelink.my problem now is the box just hangs on the beelink load screen.tried unplugging the power etc but nothing, just hanging on the screen.,any ideas which way to turn now. if i reflash, which rom would i need ? my box is f/w version S/N AX12GSAG20179 32G many thanks
