dont know what kind of TWRP file do you have , a .img File must be flashed with AndroidTool 2.35

or higher , for backup your Apps you can use TitaniumBackup , not bad , ask if u need mor Info ,

Hi ,

first did you ever flashed a RK Box ??? , if :

u only have to use the first Tab of Tool , uncheck all , then recheck the "Recovery" row , on the end

of the row u can press and then select the TWRP from Folder where saved , of course all other

things like Drivers must be installed , connect Box to Tool & flash .

if not :

use big G and search for : Firmware Upgrade Guide for Rockchip devices , use the Ugoos Site and

first only read it , if u need more Info ask , but it is easy to do ,

first , plug USB to PC ,

second , press the "Button" & hold it ,

third , plug in Power , wait for Sound of Flashtool or shows "found LoaderDevice" ,

that is all , of course you must before installed the Drivers & load FW to Flashtool ,
