Good morning this is my first post in your forum
to day I find in the official website of Rikomagic a new update for MK39

I don't know why this very strong devices not have more supported in freaktab : custom Roms ,test ,reviews .....

I've just installed on mk39 with usb type C cable.It s rooted.Nougat 7.1.2 .

You have to use rockchip factory tool to update.The other rockchip tools seems to upgrade but cant boot device.

Rooted but no su or magisk. Seems stable as long as i tested about 2 weeks.Latest 7.1.2 core.No DRM. Others are the same.

It doesnt have google widewinde drm installed. I cant watch episodes from my5 app.
How can i get it work , at least L3 ,i mean how to install to get in any manner Widewine L3?

There is a new update now on their site that solves all the previous problems.

If anyone can contact RKM or Gearbest to donate me a device I might try to make a custom ROM.

The latest firmware MK39 FW_190322 got some issues causing the device to crash while watching some live channels through iptv. I hope they fix it soon. For the same IPTV account I used my very old device (Z4) and it works perfectly.

UPDATE>> I I think the problem is not caused by the firmware. Even after updating to the latest firmware the issue still there. Maybe it is a hardware issue.
