Hello.

Today the Beelink GT1 Ultimate has came to me,
I connected the device to the power and then connected the HDMI and only the led on the device turns on white,
And the screen does not turn on,
I tried to run through the remote control and not working,
What am I doing?

Ensure HDMI is Plugged in solid sometimes they will push in a little more due to tight HDMI slots
Try another HDMI port on TV or another monitor
