language problems

when I go into settings at the beginning and everything is in Japanese or LIKE. I cannot seem to be able to get english on. It stays in a language when I download a new app can anyone help. Once I get the app loaded it works okay but what a job to follow instructions. I have an M8S Pro

what is your problem , you can not change the language of your Rom , or what ???
