Hey guys, so for the last 2/3 days i have been trying to repair this box for my girlfriends parents but after attempting to put android 5 on it i quickly realised the software support for this box is absolutely terrible.
I have tried and tried nearly every firmware i can find for this box and the s805 chip and also including a few other firmwares for other chips.
the problem i am having is the wifi will not initialise and gets stuck on turning wifi on forever with all roms. i have done alot of searching and tried messing around with the files in etc/wifi and deleted the wpa_supplicant and stuff but im really sure its an issue with the firmwares im using.
the wifi chip seems to be an AP 6212 but all firmwares said to be for that do not work
anyone else got any ideas?
