New mk809 iii user

Hi,

i've bought mk809 iii android tv box and i have a problem with wifi... it can't connect to my router that is only 2 meters far from tv...

i've seen somes of you had the same problem and i downloaded NEOTV HYBRID CROM 20130724 MK802IV PODOOR T518 firmware to fix the wifi problem

i launched RKAndroidTool and when i click on run i can't apply firmware...

do you have solution for my wifi detection?

neomode maked new Rom v 1.3,you should use this one,it's better.but I think it could not solve the wifi problem .WiFi signal is not good because of the bad antenna

I've had terrible WiFi problems, to the point of not working at all, flashing neo's rom and sam's kernel have fixed it completely.

Also making a hole in the case and taking the antenna out also makes a HUGE difference.

before selecting a rom\kernel you should find out what device you have (wifi chip etc...).

this is the antenna mod i have done, and it made a huge difference. (can also see the my heatsink mod=D)

i put the antenna out of the box and it works now perfectly... no need to flash rom... juste a little bit disappointed by mu purchase

its on the left side below the arrow keys.
in xbmc you can also use ESC or BACKSPACE for back.

*in android use the right mouse button
