H96 Max @ 1.8 GHz only

Hi, I just bought the H96 Max Android TV box after reading online that it's fast and CPU is running at 2.0 GHz

When I ran CPU-Z and AIDA64 on my unit, both apps reported the Cortex-A72 CPU is only @ 1.80 GHz. Does anyone knows why?

The manufacturer probably down-clocked it because of all the overheating issues with this box and the review is a bit fake, probably using a different model or board but same device.
Most RK3399 only run at 1.8Ghz for the 2 A72 cores and 1.5Ghz for the quad core A53 CPU cores.
