New Mele launcher apk

the latest mele firmware has a great shell / launcher, simple and perfect for tv and mini-pc.

Do you know if is possibile "extract" apk from firmware and install it in another hardware?

UPDATE : I found mele_launcher.apk inside firmware, install it in my neo x7 and works fine (only setting icon not work).
Great launcher, simple and beautifull.

I am curently using my CX-919 with Neomode's KitKat 3.1 ROM + d33 Latest v4.2 Kernel, and can not use this MELE Launcher because did not work (Don't Start)...

Is there any way to successfully install and use this MELE Launcher with KITKAT?

Well.. The s802's run kitkat.. The also have this launcher (probably a newer version)

Just for fun
I installed the mele launcher on s89 running finless 1.6 kitkat..
-the launcher worked.. the mele file browser and settings.icon not
