    MX10 RK3328 Android TV Box

    Hi all
    I am running a new MX10 RK3328 Android TV Box running on Nougat 7.1.2 bought from Gearbest.
    I am not able to clear running programs or cache and the button on my remote which has three lines is not working.
    I have used many apps to kill programs and cache but I am unable to clear the running programs.
    Please suggest a way out.

    Also is it advisabel to flash Oreo? I am a newbie so would need a step by step tutorial..
