PiPO M9pro riley 1.3a TO PiPO M9pro riley 1.5?? Why? and 1.4?? I have lost some updating??


I rude transfered original boot animation overwriting Riley bootanimation (sorry Randy but PiPO owner love PiPO logo!) and all it's OK (Riley 1.3)

I'm also working to have PiPO family launcher on custom ROM.

Randy please, can you make a Riley Rom with PiPO launcher on board?

For me it dont work. It stocks on bootlogo like 1.5

tablet boots with parameter6 but

NO PLAYSTORE and some gapps seems missing

I tried 1.5a with parameter 2 and parameter 6...

parameter 2 --- froze at rileyrom bootlogo

parameter 6 --- loaded --- BUT there is NO Google Play Store app.....was unable to sideload through a copy of the PlayStore .apk and Explorer (program stopped working unexpectedly)



SIDENOTE- I have been unable to access recovery after ROM installation....what am i missing?

You must rename parameter to parameter2(with no extension)
ans rename parameter6 to parameter (always no extension)
Ans flash

For Riley
I have tried this to have recovery works and playstore
I have rename cwmrecovery.img to recovery.img (old recovery rename to 1-recovery.img)
Put cwminstall.zip on a sd card
Flash tablet
It boots on recovery
Installé cwminstall.ZIP by recovery
Reboot tablet
Play store is ok and all gapps are present but it seems nothing can be installed.
What do you think about this method ?

I see you have accesses recovery...i am having trouble

how do you get into recovery....I can't figure it out:

I have installed ROM...boot....reboot...grant Superuser privilege.....launch reboot app...click reboot to recovery....rileyrom logo appears....then the 'broken android' image appears and my tablet bricks...

do i need to install CWM.....if so how?

Reboot normaly. You see the riley rom logo. Then open Batch Tool als administrator connect you tablet to pc and see if the tool see your device. If yes, you can install an older version oft riley rom like 1.3a

I want to access recovery so I can attempt to sideload the Google Playstore .apk

I thought there was a way and wanted to check...then I could go ahead with more 1.5a testing

If you are familiar with this I would appreciate your tips
