I found this on the China web site. It was from the Allwinner manufacturer. I have not looked at or run any of these tools and they maybe in Chinese. But it is described as the tool set for A10. ROM maker, packer and unpacker, etc.

How you Bob, you seem to be the man around the rom scene f Android TV boxes one of which I purchased recently without much research I picked up a Chinese clone thing advertised as a a10 dual core as with the phones I thought it would be just a matter of searching to find some custom firmware or even actual firmware. I all got from that was a headache do or can help with some TV box roms for the chipset A20 allwinner Mli400mp? thanks man
